It’s been a funny old year, along with the millions of others in the hospitality business, we hope to have finally seen the back of the Covid restrictions which have hindered us over the last 2 and a half years!
Before Christmas, I started thinking about introducing ‘stand alone’ catering to open up our food options to those who may not necessarily have the space for our beautiful Airstream style Catering Trailer. It’s been so well received, now approximately half of our bookings are for stand alone, grazing tables, platters and feasting salads or a mixture of both the hot food from the trailer and a beautiful cold buffet spread.
Here’s some of the photos I remembered to take of a beautiful, intimate wedding in Herne Bay.
While the gorgeous couple were out saying their vows, with their nearest and dearest, I got to work in their beautiful home, laying out a fine selection of grazing, canapés and crudités and decorated the table with the brides choice of gypsophila & eucalyptus.
Had amazing feed back and have made new great friends in the process!
