After being let down be my their caterers with less than a week to go, my client this week was in charge of organising her best friends’ Hen Weekend.
They really wanted our food served from our stunning Airstream style catering trailer, served in the grounds of their rented country manor in the Kent Countryside near Wingham.
However, after numerous text exchanges and conversations with the letting agents, logistically, this wasn’t possible.
After much consideration, I offered her a stand alone catering option, without the trailer, but using the equipment from the trailer, we were able to provide the Hens with our best-selling Wagyu Steak Burgers and a selection of freshly prepared homemade salads from under our gazebo, decorated with bunting.
The food went down a treat! Receiving comments from the Mother of the Bride, like ‘this is the best burger I have EVER tasted’ and ‘the food looks so fresh and luscious’ made the lugging equipment to and fro, so worthwhile!
We loved every minute!
