This was a HUGE hit, I have to say....
Pot Roasted Beef, slowly roasted for 12 hours, in delicate seasoning and beef broth, the served in a softly toasted brioche bun, with our very own mild and creamy horseradish mayo, seasalty homemade root vegetable crisps on lambs lettuce
Tuck in!!!!
